What sort of help are you actually looking for?    Our site is free so most likely we need more help then you are actually going to offer us.  

If you have had an emergency and someone is hurt you should call 911.   If you are not in the USA then i am not so sure what emergency number you should call.  

If you really need help then most likely you shouldnt be on this site.
